Returns & Exchanges

 

Most new and unused/unopened merchandise with an original receipt, eReceipt, packaging slip or order confirmation may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • All returns are subject to inspection.  Items must be new, unused, resalable condition.
  • We reserve the right to black light test any return.
  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return.

 

Non-Returnable

  • Items in the following categories may not be returned:
    • Bath Safety, Hygienic Items, Stockings, Orthotics, Bedding, Cushions
  • Opened or used items.
  • Items missing their serial number or UPC.
  • Items returned without a RMA # that requires a prior authorization before returning/exchanging.

 

Other Exceptions

  • Lift Chairs, Scooters, Power Wheelchairs and Special Orders:
    • May be subject to a restocking fee or may be deemed as not returnable.
    • Additional charges may apply upon inspection.
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to qualify for a return.  Items without an RMA # will not be accepted. 

 

Online Orders

  • In-Store:  Items may be returned/exchanged in any of our stores.  Full refund will be given for the new/unopened items minus shipping/delivery fees.  (Return Request must be filled out for items under the Exceptions List.)
  • Online:  To start a return online, you must have an account created with MyMedical.Supply.  If one was not created at the time of purchase, create one using the same email that was used at the time of the purchase.  (Create Account Now).  Create a Return Request.  Once approved, we will send you an email within 1-2 business days containing easy and precise shipping directions, RMA # and the appropriate return shipping address.   Item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of RMA authorization.  Customer is responsible for shipping fees.  

 

Item Return Request 

  • Login to MyMedical.Supply
  • Click on My Orders
  • Click on View for the order that you want to return item(s) for
  • Click on Return Item(s)
  • Select the Quantity to Return for the item(s) you want to return
  • Select the Return Reason and Return Action.  If selecting other, please describe why a return/refund is being requested
  • Under Commnet, indicate specific reason why a return/refund is being requested
  • Click on Send
  • We will review your request. Once a decision has been reached, an email will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days containing easy and precise shipping directions, RMA# and the appropriate return shipping address.  Item(s) must be shipped within 14 days of RMA authorization.  Customer is responsible for shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

 

Refund Method for Returns/Refunds

  • Refunds with Original Receipt:
    • Refunds under $50, with a receipt, will be issued in the original form of payment.
    • Refunds over $50, with a receipt, will be issued by company check within 10 business days.
  • Refunds without Original Receipt:
    • All refunds without a receipts will be issued in the form of store credit.
    • We reserve the right to deny any exchange or return.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before the order is picked up, delivered or shipped.  Click on the chat button to cancel an order or call one of our stores.  If an order has been picked up, delivered or shipped, the return process must be followed.
